Product descriptions, stock and prices may be updated before an order is accepted. An automated receipt acknowledges your order; acceptance is confirmed when we dispatch it or explicitly confirm acceptance. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a clear error or unavailable stock.

Prices for the UAE storefront are shown in USD. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown before confirmation. Payment is prepaid using the methods available at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Orders are sent from China using tracked DAP delivery. The 5–7 day window is an estimate, not a guarantee. Import customs clearance, duties and any related import taxes or fees are the buyer's responsibility. Customs checks, remote addresses and peak periods may add time. Contact us if tracking stops updating or your order is delayed.

Unopened tea in its original sealed packaging may be eligible for return if reported within 14 days of delivery. Opened tea cannot be returned for a change of mind. Incorrect, damaged or defective items should be reported within 48 hours with photos. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we confirm otherwise.

Tea is a food product, not a medicine. We do not provide medical advice or guarantee health effects. Taste notes and brewing suggestions are general guidance. Origin, production year and batch statements must be checked against the actual product label where relevant.
