Our Tea
Two tea traditions, clearly explained.
We focus on Pu-erh and white tea so that each product can be presented with useful origin, specification, taste and brewing information.
Pu-erh from Yunnan
Pu-erh is pressed into cakes or offered as loose tea. Ripe Pu-erh is fermented for a rounded, earthy cup; raw Pu-erh can change over time when stored correctly. The product page and label should tell you exactly which type you are buying.
White tea from Fujian
White tea is withered and dried with minimal processing. Shoumei tends to be full and soft, while Baimudan combines buds and young leaves for a delicate floral cup. Brewing time and water temperature shape the result.
Specifications you can check
Every listing should show the tea type, net weight, origin and pack format. For aged tea, production year and batch details must come from the actual supplier label rather than marketing copy.
Storage matters
Keep tea sealed, dry and away from sunlight and strong odours. Do not refrigerate tea unless the producer specifically recommends it. Good storage protects the character of the leaves.
No invented claims
We do not describe tea as organic, pesticide-free, medicinal or rare without evidence. Taste notes and brewing suggestions are guidance, not promises of health effects.
